A garland of hindustani bandishes set to taals in increasing order of beats per cycle, starting from taal Dadra (6 beat cycle) to Teentaal (16 beat cycle), and in various raags with traditional as well as new bandish compositions.We have some beautiful traditional bandishes, excellent compositions by Pandit Ramashrey Jha “Raamrang”, Vidushi Dr. Ashwini Bhide Deshpande, as well as some new compositions specially composed for this presentation by Preeti and Manoj Tamhankar.
Please watch how beautifully Tanmay Bichu transitions from one taal to another, creating a feel of the upcoming taal. I hope you will also like the raag transitions.
